Over the past three decades, I have devoted myself to understanding human transformation. That path has taken me through psychology, leadership, ritual and ceremony, contemplative practice, metaphysical inquiry, entrepreneurship, and years of direct work with individuals, groups, and organisations navigating profound change.
For more than thirteen years, I have worked professionally in transformational spaces and witnessed both the beauty and the complexity of this work. I have seen how easily conversations become centered on insight, peak experiences, techniques, or inspiration, while the deeper questions often remain unaddressed.
How do we work responsibly with power and influence?
How do we navigate projection, authority, and group dynamics without becoming entangled in them?
How do we engage ritual, symbolism, altered states, and metaphysical experiences with both openness and discernment?
