The gap I kept seeing.
I created the Eudaimonia Collective because I kept seeing the same gap. Many facilitators are deeply devoted to their work, highly experienced in the room, and genuinely care about people, yet still find themselves alone with the more difficult parts of leadership. Boundaries. Projection. Group dynamics. Difficult decisions. The weight of holding influence as the work grows.
Too much of the conversation around transformational work stays at the level of insight or inspiration. Too little speaks plainly about the responsibility, complexity, and discernment this work asks of us over time.
The Collective is my way of offering a more grounded place for that ongoing refinement. Not as performance, and not as identity, but as practice.
