LEVEL 1
FOUNDATION
BUILD THE BASE OF YOUR PRACTICE
For people preparing to facilitate, and for practitioners whose training left gaps in the fundamentals. You learn the core skills first: presence, safety and trust, working with difficult emotions, and keeping your integrity while you support others.
FOUNDATIONAL COURSE
Fundamentals of Space Holding
Safe, Skilled & Attuned Facilitation
A self-paced online course in 14 modules, taught by Natasja Pelgrom and built on Presence-Centered Leadership™. You build the core skills of facilitation: staying present without judgement, supporting difficult emotions, respecting people's own wisdom, and keeping your integrity. Guest teachers include Alexander Beiner, Moudou Baqui and Jessica Grotfedt.
You finish with a Certificate of Completion, and one year of Guardian Collective is included.

For practitioners who already work with others and want to study the questions that grow with experience: shadow, influence, ethics, the business of the work, and what it costs you.
ONGOING SERIES
Masterclasses with Live Group Supervision
Teaching and supervision, one theme at a time.
Each package takes one theme and teaches it in two ways: masterclasses, and a live group supervision class where you bring the theme into your own work. New packages run a few times a year, the first in early 2027, and enrolment opens shortly before each one begins. Each package includes one year of Guardian Collective, and members receive priority access and special offers. Join the list to hear first.

Guardians of Transformation
Our flagship in-person developmental pathway for practitioners, facilitators, leaders and serious lifelong learners, offered in collaboration with Awaken the Medicine Within Retreats, which Natasja Pelgrom founded in 2017 and which delivers the retreat.
Across eight days, a small cohort enters a living learning environment combining direct experience, ceremony, embodied practice, mentorship, peer reflection and Presence-Centered Leadership™. The Facilitator Capacity Check-In is a free reflection guide for facilitators, coaches and practitioners. It takes twenty to thirty minutes and shows where your practice is steady and where it may want more attention.
