General Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 2026

These General Terms & Conditions apply to the website, memberships, educational programmes, digital content, supervision and other services offered by Eudaimonia Institute.

By purchasing, enrolling in or using an Eudaimonia Institute service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with any additional terms, participation agreements or policies applicable to the specific service.

1. About Eudaimonia Institute

Eudaimonia Institute is operated by:

Eudaimonia Institute
Legal entity name: Co-Create Inspirit
Registered address: Willem Parelstraat 146, 1018KZ Amsterdam Netherlands
Privacy email address: support@eudaimonia.institute

References to “Eudaimonia,” “Eudaimonia Institute,” “we,” “us” or “our” refer to the legal entity identified above.

2. Scope

These Terms apply to services including:

  • Guardian Collective membership
  • Guardian Academy
  • Courses and masterclasses
  • Online and digital educational materials
  • Live online teaching and events
  • Professional supervision
  • Guardians of Transformation | 8-Day Immersive
  • Other educational, developmental or experiential programmes offered by Eudaimonia Institute

Certain programmes may have additional enrolment terms, participation agreements, informed-consent documents, health and safety requirements, cancellation policies or codes of conduct.

Where programme-specific terms apply, they form part of the agreement between you and Eudaimonia Institute. If there is a conflict, the programme-specific terms take precedence in relation to that programme, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

3. Nature of Our Services

Eudaimonia Institute provides education, practitioner development, professional reflection, supervision and experiential learning.

Our programmes may engage with psychology, leadership, altered states, shadow, ethics, ritual, meaning-making, metaphysical inquiry, energetic frameworks and earth-based or wisdom traditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, our services do not constitute medical, psychiatric, psychological, psychotherapeutic or legal treatment or advice.

Participation does not confer a professional licence, clinical qualification or legal authorisation to practise a regulated profession or activity.

You remain responsible for ensuring that your own professional activities fall within your competence, qualifications, insurance, ethical responsibilities and applicable law.

Please also read our Disclaimer, which forms part of the information governing use of our services.

4. Guardian Collective Membership

Guardian Collective is the membership and primary entry point into the Eudaimonia Institute learning ecosystem.

Membership provides access to the benefits described on the Guardian Collective enrolment page at the time of purchase.

Membership also provides access to Guardian Academy, through which members may enrol in available courses, masterclasses and practitioner-development programmes.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the €95 annual Guardian Collective membership fee does not include the enrolment fees for individual Guardian Academy courses, masterclasses, immersives or supervision.

These are purchased separately.

5. Membership Term and Renewal

Guardian Collective membership is valid for 12 months from the date of activation unless otherwise stated at purchase.

[Choose before publication: Membership renews automatically each year until cancelled / Membership does not automatically renew and members will be invited to renew.]

Where automatic renewal applies, the renewal terms and price will be clearly communicated before purchase and members may cancel future renewal in accordance with the instructions provided through their account or by contacting us.

Cancellation of renewal does not normally terminate access immediately. Membership continues until the end of the already-paid membership period.

Mandatory consumer cancellation rights remain unaffected.

6. Guardian Academy

Guardian Academy is the educational environment within Guardian Collective.

Academy offerings may include courses, masterclasses, live sessions, recorded materials, practitioner resources and other learning experiences.

Active Guardian Collective membership is generally required to enrol in Guardian Academy programmes unless Eudaimonia expressly offers a programme outside the membership structure.

Specific programmes may have separate prices, schedules, eligibility criteria and terms.

Eudaimonia may add, update, replace or discontinue Academy offerings as the curriculum develops. Purchasing Guardian Collective membership does not guarantee that any particular future course, teacher or programme will be offered.

7. Enrolment and Formation of the Agreement

Your enrolment is confirmed when:

  1. you complete the applicable registration or purchase process;
  2. payment, or the agreed first instalment, has been received or authorised; and
  3. where applicable, Eudaimonia confirms your acceptance into the programme.

For programmes requiring an application, intake or screening process, submitting an application does not itself guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to decline an application where we reasonably determine that a programme is outside a participant's current needs, suitability or scope.

Where payment has already been made and we decline participation before services have begun, amounts paid for the affected service will be refunded unless another lawful arrangement has been agreed.

8. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in euros unless otherwise stated.

We will indicate whether prices include or exclude VAT or other applicable taxes before purchase.

Payment must be made through the payment methods offered at checkout or stated on the relevant invoice.

Where an instalment plan is agreed, the participant remains responsible for the full payment schedule according to the terms accepted at enrolment, subject to applicable cancellation and consumer rights.

Failure to make an instalment when due may result in suspension of access or participation after reasonable notice and an opportunity to remedy the outstanding payment.

9. Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you purchase a service online as a consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

To exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, contact us at  support@eudaimonia.institutewith a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.

Where you expressly request that a service begins during the statutory withdrawal period, applicable law may require you to pay for the portion of the service already provided if you subsequently withdraw.

For services fully performed during the withdrawal period, the statutory withdrawal right may cease where the legal requirements for prior express consent and acknowledgement have been satisfied.

For digital content supplied immediately, different rules may apply where you expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge the resulting effect on your withdrawal right.

Any statutory consumer rights that apply to you take precedence over conflicting provisions in these Terms.

10. Cancellation by Participants

After any applicable statutory withdrawal period has expired, cancellations are governed by the cancellation terms stated for the particular service or programme.

Different policies may apply to:

  • Guardian Collective
  • Academy courses and masterclasses
  • Professional supervision
  • Live events
  • Guardians of Transformation
  • Other residential or experiential programmes

Where a programme has significant advance costs, limited places, accommodation, venue commitments or other non-recoverable expenses, stricter cancellation conditions may apply. These will be communicated before enrolment.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, failure to attend a booked live session, event or programme does not automatically create a right to a refund.

11. Professional Supervision

Supervision provides a confidential professional space for reflection, practitioner development and consultation.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Eudaimonia supervision is not clinical supervision provided for the purpose of satisfying professional licensing or accreditation requirements.

The practitioner remains responsible for their own professional decisions, scope of practice, client relationships, ethical obligations and actions.

Participants should not disclose unnecessary personally identifiable information about their own clients during supervision. Where cases are discussed, information should be anonymised wherever reasonably possible.

Specific booking, rescheduling and cancellation conditions may apply to supervision appointments and will be communicated at booking.

12. Guardians of Transformation

Guardians of Transformation is Eudaimonia Institute's 8-Day Immersive and involves a substantially different level of participation from online educational programmes.

Participation may therefore require:

  • Application and suitability assessment
  • Health and wellbeing screening
  • Informed consent
  • Preparation
  • Programme-specific agreements
  • Participation and community standards
  • Safety protocols
  • Integration
  • Additional cancellation and transfer conditions

Acceptance into Guardians of Transformation is at Eudaimonia's reasonable discretion based on the programme's stated eligibility and safety criteria.

Full programme-specific terms will be provided as part of enrolment and must be accepted before participation.

Where an experiential programme involves legally permitted psychoactive substances or altered-state practices, participation is subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which the programme takes place and to the programme's specific safety and eligibility requirements.

13. Changes to Programmes

We may occasionally need to make reasonable changes to programme schedules, teachers, facilitators, venues, delivery formats or content because of circumstances including illness, safety considerations, travel disruption, venue issues or other operational requirements.

Where a change does not materially alter the substance of the service purchased, this will not normally create an automatic right to a refund.

If Eudaimonia makes a material change that substantially affects the service purchased, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances.

14. Cancellation by Eudaimonia

Eudaimonia may cancel or postpone a programme because of insufficient enrolment, facilitator illness, safety concerns, force majeure or other circumstances that make delivery impracticable or inappropriate.

Where we cancel a paid programme and do not provide an agreed alternative, we will refund the fees paid directly to Eudaimonia for the cancelled service, subject to applicable law.

Unless required by law or expressly agreed otherwise, Eudaimonia is not responsible for independent costs incurred by participants, such as flights, transportation, accommodation booked separately, visas or other travel expenses.

Participants are therefore encouraged to use appropriate travel insurance and flexible booking arrangements for in-person programmes.

15. Participant Responsibilities and Conduct

Eudaimonia programmes depend upon respectful participation and appropriate boundaries.

Participants agree to:

  • Treat facilitators and other participants with respect
  • Respect confidentiality and privacy
  • Avoid harassment, discrimination, intimidation or exploitative behaviour
  • Respect physical, emotional, sexual and professional boundaries
  • Follow reasonable programme and safety instructions
  • Refrain from recording other participants without explicit permission
  • Take responsibility for their own professional scope and conduct
  • Provide accurate information where suitability or safety screening is required

We reserve the right to address conduct that materially compromises the safety, integrity or learning environment of a programme.

In serious circumstances, participation or access may be suspended or terminated. Any refund entitlement will depend on the circumstances, applicable programme terms and mandatory law.

16. Confidentiality in Group Settings

Participants may encounter personal, professional or sensitive information shared by others during courses, supervision groups, immersives, community discussions or live sessions.

You agree to respect the confidentiality of other participants and not to disclose identifying personal information, stories, case material or private contributions outside the relevant setting without permission.

Eudaimonia cannot guarantee that every participant will comply with confidentiality obligations and therefore encourages appropriate discernment when sharing personal or professional information in group environments.

17. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all Eudaimonia Institute course materials, recordings, frameworks, written content, exercises, graphics, teaching materials and programme resources are owned by or licensed to Eudaimonia Institute and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

This includes Presence-Centered Leadership™ and associated proprietary teaching materials.

Purchasing a programme grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the materials for your own learning and professional development.

Unless we provide written permission, you may not:

  • Copy or reproduce substantial portions of our materials
  • Sell, license or commercially distribute them
  • Upload them to shared drives, public platforms or AI training datasets
  • Record or redistribute live teaching
  • Present Eudaimonia curricula or frameworks as your own
  • Use our materials to create substantially derivative training programmes for commercial distribution

Nothing prevents you from applying what you have genuinely learned within your own professional practice, provided you respect intellectual-property rights and do not misrepresent Eudaimonia materials or qualifications.

18. Recordings

Some online sessions may be recorded for educational or participant-access purposes.

Where recording occurs, participants will be informed.

We will take reasonable steps to minimise unnecessary capture of participant contributions where appropriate. Specific consent may be requested where recordings contain identifiable participant contributions intended for broader publication or promotional use.

Participants may not independently record sessions unless explicit permission has been provided.

19. Testimonials and Participant Content

We will not publish an identifiable participant testimonial, image, recording or personal contribution for promotional purposes without an appropriate basis and, where required, permission.

Permission to use a testimonial may be withdrawn for future use by contacting us, subject to applicable law and materials already lawfully produced or distributed.

20. Digital Access

Access periods for digital courses and recordings will be stated on the relevant programme page or at purchase.

Account access is personal and may not be shared with others.

We may suspend access where we reasonably believe login credentials or copyrighted materials are being shared without permission.

We aim to maintain reasonable availability of our digital platforms but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access where disruption results from maintenance, third-party platforms, internet infrastructure or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

21. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Participation in Eudaimonia programmes does not guarantee particular personal, professional, financial, therapeutic or transformational outcomes.

Human development and professional practice depend on many factors beyond the delivery of a course or programme.

Testimonials describe individual experiences and are not guarantees of equivalent results.

22. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Subject to mandatory law, Eudaimonia is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the agreement was entered into.

Participants remain responsible for decisions they make in their own personal or professional practice following educational programmes, supervision or other Eudaimonia services.

Any contractual limitation of liability applicable to a particular professional or experiential programme may be set out in its programme-specific agreement.

23. Force Majeure

Eudaimonia will not be responsible for delay or inability to perform obligations caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control, which may include natural disasters, serious illness, government restrictions, epidemics, war, civil disturbance, transport disruption, venue closure or significant technological failure.

Where such circumstances occur, we will take reasonable steps to communicate with affected participants and seek an appropriate solution.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

24. Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Statement and applicable data-protection law.

Programme-specific privacy information may also be provided where additional or sensitive information is collected.

25. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with a service, we ask that you contact us first so that we have an opportunity to understand and address the issue.

Complaints can be sent to:  support@eudaimonia.institute

Please include sufficient information for us to identify the relevant service and understand the concern.

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 14 business days and respond substantively within a reasonable period.

Nothing in this complaints process limits any statutory rights available to you.

26. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Netherlands / jurisdiction of legal entity, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the country where a consumer habitually resides.

We encourage parties to attempt to resolve disagreements directly and in good faith before commencing formal proceedings.

Any jurisdiction clause included in these Terms does not deprive consumers of mandatory rights or protections available to them under applicable law.

27. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business structure, technology or applicable law.

The version applicable to a purchase or enrolment will generally be the version in effect when the relevant agreement was entered into, unless a later change is required by law or has been validly agreed.

Updated website terms will display the date of the latest revision.

28. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
