Masterclasses with Live Group Supervision
Teaching and supervision, one theme at a time.
Each package takes one theme and teaches it in two ways: masterclasses, and live group supervision where you bring the theme into your own work. New packages run a few times a year, the first in early 2027. Each includes one year of Guardian Collective, with priority access and special offers for members.

Guardians of Transformation
Our flagship in-person developmental pathway for practitioners, facilitators, leaders and serious lifelong learners. Across eight days, a small cohort enters a living learning environment combining direct experience, ritual, embodied practice, mentorship, peer reflection and Presence-Centered Leadership™. The focus is on developing the person behind the practice and learning to meet the realities of guiding others through experience itself.
Offered in collaboration with Awaken the Medicine Within Retreats, founded by Natasja Pelgrom in 2017.

THE EXPERIENCE BEHIND EUDAIMONIA
Three Decades of Inquiry. Thirteen Years in the Field.

Natasja’s work draws on more than 32 years of study and practice in human transformation, spanning human development, leadership, contemplative and wisdom traditions, ritual, metaphysical inquiry and expanded states, alongside a background in entrepreneurship and corporate environments.
Since 2013, she has worked professionally in psychedelic and transformational practice, guiding more than 1,000 sessions and ceremonies and working with over 3,000 clients. In 2017 she founded Awaken the Medicine Within, developing legal, professionally held multi-day retreat programmes in Europe.
In 2023 she founded Eudaimonia Institute, which grew from what that work showed her: many practitioners finish their training without support for the responsibility that follows. It brings decades of inquiry together with direct practice and education, for those entrusted with human transformation.
Her framework, Presence-Centered Leadership™, is taught within the Institute.
Natasja's work has been featured by Breaking Convention, The Psychedelic Society, Fungi Academy, Heart Mind Institute, and Existentia, among others.
