Guardians of Transformation
Our flagship in-person developmental pathway for practitioners, facilitators, leaders and serious lifelong learners.
Across eight days, a small cohort enters a living learning environment combining direct experience, ceremony, embodied practice, mentorship, peer reflection and Presence-Centered Leadership™. The focus is on developing the person behind the practice and learning to meet the realities of holding space through experience itself.
Professional Supervision
Dedicated professional support for practitioners navigating complex situations, ethical questions, relational dynamics, altered states, boundaries, meaning-making and their own development within the work.
A space to examine what is happening beneath the surface, strengthen discernment and receive experienced guidance when the work asks more of you.
THE EXPERIENCE BEHIND EUDAIMONIA
Three Decades of Inquiry. Thirteen Years in the Field.
Eudaimonia Institute was founded by Natasja Pelgrom, Executive Leadership Advisor, Practitioner Educator and International Speaker.
Her work is grounded in more than 32 years of study and practice in human transformation, spanning human development, leadership, contemplative and wisdom traditions, ritual, metaphysical inquiry and altered states. Alongside this, her background in entrepreneurship and corporate environments has given her direct experience of leadership, power, responsibility and human dynamics beyond the transformational field.
Since 2013, Natasja has worked professionally in psychedelic and transformational practice, guiding more than 1,000 psychedelic sessions and ceremonies and worked with over 3,000 clients. In 2017, she founded Awaken the Medicine Within, developing legal, professionally held multi-day psychedelic retreat programmes in Europe.
Years of direct practice gradually revealed another need: practitioners themselves require places to keep developing long after a training ends. Questions of projection, authority, shadow, ethics, discernment and meaning often become more complex with experience, not less.
Eudaimonia grew from that reality. It brings together decades of inquiry with the lessons of direct practice, practitioner education and leadership into an evolving body of work for those entrusted with human transformation.
This integration forms the foundation of Presence-Centered Leadership™, Natasja's framework for developing the inner capacity, relational maturity and discernment behind how we lead and hold space.
